FIFTEENTH CENTURY FRENCH ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPT LEAF France, c. 15th Century A single miniature manuscript leaf from a fifteenth century French Psalter executed in a gothic hand. This leaf contains the opening section of the Canticum Trium Puerorum, from the Book of Daniel. There are a total of ten illuminated initials, one of which is a two-line capital.
