From the book's "Advertisement" leaf: "The minutely detailed record of the political, civic and social life of the time makes it one of the most valuable and interesting documents left from Colonial days." Bound in cloth-backed light blue paper-covered boards, and housed in the original box. Front board foxed, and box lacking original label with some glue residue to top, else near fine.
