On Tuesday, October 4th at 5pm EST, Margaret Shepherd will speak to her vision for and execution of her calligraphy for Song of Songs. The book is an exploration of the power of the calligrapher to interpret and represent a text, in this case the great love poem of the Bible. Shepherd will discuss not only the creation of the art itself, but also the specific requirements for reproducing the finished calligraphy. A Q&A session will follow. Register for the Zoom here.
