Catalog of Offset Lithography Inks.
NY: Fuchs & Lang Mfg. Co., (1943). A catalog of hundreds of examples of offset lithography inks, in an array of colors, from "Tomato Red" to "Deep Milori Green" to "Bronze Blue", all exemplified through a rotation of several decadent Art Deco images. The inks are displayed in a range of tones and saturation values. At the rear of the catalog, the Fuchs & Lang insignia receives the same experimental treatment, and is followed by a listing of the company's other printing products.
Oblong 24mo. The date of publication is derived from the single copy in OCLC, but the accompanying letter from a Fuchs & Lang salesman to his Los Angeles clients presents the date of 1934, possibly a typo. Bound in red cloth over boards with company seal embossed on upper cover. Some edgewear, minor fading to endpapers, else near fine. Item #30064
